Diane Shelton, CEO, Forethought Outcomes

Diane Shelton is CEO of marketing advisory, strategy and analytics firm, Forethought Australia.  Di is a highly accomplished Customer Marketer. Her career to date has been in marketing Strategy and Customer consulting working on both client and agency side. Her work has spanned Services, FMCG and Retail industries and markets in Australia, China and most recently in the USA. In all cases the focus has been on the customer. In particular, how customer knowledge can be leveraged to build business outcomes.
Prior to joining Forethought her most recent role was Senior Vice Present, Strategy and Transformation with South Eastern Grocers. In this role she was responsible for leading the customer strategy to support the business transition. Diane was also country manager for Ipsos Hong Kong and led the Ipsos Brand and Advertising business unit for Greater China.
